TM employs skilled maintenance technicians to serve our tenants for all their general home maintenance needs. When applying it is recommend you have at least 1-2yrs experience in some area of construction or maintenance field.

Our warehouse technicians are responsible for helping maintain the inventory of materials. Job duties include loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts, and general warehouse maintenance. Some positions reqiure using a computer to track the flow of inventory.
