Total Maintenance boasts a premiere maintenance team with a diverse and wide variety of skill-sets. The team is licensed and insured and committed to service and integrity. Of course, Total Maintenance  utilizes a wide variety of licensed specialists and partnerships to supplement the team in specialty areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.


In house, we have capabilities to cover all service areas in their elementary state, along with clean-outs, cleaning service, painting, drywall, and basic / general maintenance items. Team members go through rigorous background checks and are subject to random drug screens in order to ensure they represent the Total Maintenance brand in a professional manner.


Our employees are passionate, striving to  complete all work to the highest quality, on time, and within budget - while consistently exceeding expectations.

CHRIS R.

Operations Manager

Born and raised in Sacramento, CA, Chris lived in New Jersey and Birmingham, AL before calling Huntsville home in 2008. Chris has been married for over 13 years with one wonderful daughter.


He is an avid Chicago Cubs and Sacramento Kings fan. In his spare time he loves to travel, golf, kayak, and is currently attempting to see a baseball game at all of the major league stadiums.

DOUG J.

Maintenance Coordinator

Doug was raised in Huntsville, AL and graduated  from Lee High School.  He enjoys the  outdoors, especially when it involves a good game of golf. He also enjoys playing darts and spending time with his granddaughters.


His professional background encompasses a wide array of knowledge within the defense  industry, including  materials, project management and production management. Doug is also a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Southern Branch in Huntsville. He loves being a Realtor because he says that it gives him the opportunity to help people make their dreams of home ownership become a reality!

PHI P.

Project Manager

Phi is a Seattle native who moved to Huntsville three years ago when his wife relocated for work. He recently welcomed a son who keeps him busy and on the go. In his spare time he loves to kayak, fish, camp, and cheer for his beloved Seattle Seahawks. Phi loves to travel and has enjoyed adventures such as ATVing the sand dunes of Jordan and playing with sharks in the Bahamas.



Phi is also a certified Krav Maga hand to hand combat instructor. He has a decade of maintenance engineering experience, including many years in the Seattle hotel industry, including a 55 story hotel that was often frequented by NFL teams. This experience, along with various other maintenance management positions during his career make Phi uniquely qualified to help the team complete projects with ease.

LESA L.

Senior Technician

Lesa grew up in Decatur, AL and graduated from Austin High. She has over 15 years of experience in the home improvement and maintenance sectors. A graduate of UAB, earning a degree as a bio-medical equipment technician, Lesa went back to school and obtained a second bachelor's degree in accounting in 2020. 


She has a diverse job experience portfolio -  Lesa has built and installed lane equipment for United Toll Systems, building and installing lane equipment, managed a video store, supervised an apartment maintenance team for nearly a decade, and has even owned her own business that specializes in commercial and home improvement services.


Lesa is a die hard Auburn fan and greatly enjoys SEC football, has 2 dogs (a Siberian husky and a lab mix), and loves being outdoors - especially camping, hiking and kayaking.

RYLAI E.

Processing Specialist

Rylai was born and raised in Melbourne, FL, and made the move to Huntsville in 2022.


With a background in phone customer service and administrative work, she has been a great asset for the Total Maintenance team.


Outside of work, she likes to spend time hosting movie nights with friends, as well as reading and doing creative writing.

YOULONDA S.

Total Clean Manager

Youlonda is the director over Total Clean and is a vital part of Total Maintenance.


Youlonda was born and raised in Union Hill, Alabama. She moved to Huntsville 15 years ago to pursue her nursing career and is the loving mother to three beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and doing outside activities. Her favorite place to go is the beach.


She works hand in hand with the management team to make sure all the workers have a clean and safe place to work. She has been with the company nearly 8 years and has been a very hard working and loyal employee!
